- 3 to 5 workouts per week, individually programmed for YOU
- Workouts to fit the gym or at home training

Amy Miller Fitness cannot guarantee results as they will be based on the client’s individual effort and actions.
If a client chooses to withdraw or not participate in the program for any reason whatsoever, the client will remain responsible for the full amount paid with no refund.
